Our processing of any personal information transmitted to us is based on your consent, the full knowledge and agreement of your clients, our legal obligations, to provide our services to you.

We may collect personal information when granted access to account information or when clients interact with our customer services; collect information regarding payment methods when any transaction is performed via our platform; or collect additional personal information as part of any account verification process which may include a likeness and copies of government issued identification documents.

In addition to the information provided to us, we may collect information about any computer, browser, operating system and IP address that interacts with our systems. We may also utilise cookies to uniquely identify user accounts in our systems. This data is not used to identify any individual user other than the account holder.

All personal information is collected and stored on our servers as securely as possible, utilising strong encryption techniques and industry best practices. Should we become aware of a material breach that may have exposed any personal information we will inform you without undue delay.

We may make the personal information provided to us available to our agents, trusted service providers and contractors for the purposes of providing our services to you. When required by law we may also share this information with law enforcement or regulatory agencies.

Personal information can be updated or corrected, or a deletion request can be made by contacting our data controller via email (info@tabmanagement.co.uk). If our agreement is terminated we may retain personal information as required by law or to enforce our contractual obligations. Once we do not have any obligation to store associated personal information it will be disposed of so that this information cannot be subsequently retrieved.
